  1. Short: All purpose sound filter
  2.  
  3. Draw box on FFT plot, set +/-dB, filter.
  4.   Filter2 does a FFT on a sound sample,
  5. and then allows you to drag a box around
  6. an area and specify the dB decrease or
  7. increase desired for that area. Snaps,
  8. hiss, and pops in looped samples are
  9. trivial to eliminate with this tool.
